step 1: PUJOL is an emblematic avant-garde Mexican cuisine restaurant, which concept is based on Mexican cuisine made with all local products. Constant reinvention is the hallmark of their menu. Traditional and contemporary techniques combine to create one-of-a-kind tastes.
Step 2: The lighting proposal follows the idea that reflected light has to come from the plate making the center of the table the focus point of the arquitectural experience. Indirect light coming from the table light up the space reveling an intimate encounter to the products exposed on the plate.
Step 3: A discreet custome made luminair was developed to interect on a slighter visual experience to the space. The position and direction of the luminairs coacts with the optical geometry applied to the design of the luminairs to have light where its served. We used specific tecnologis for the efficiency and requirements of the restaurants in terms of visual color render and energy consumptions.
Step 4: Once your positions are set on the space the application of control sistems are used to creat low levels of light and scenarios for different porpuses to let the customers addapt to the served light.
