The media center is a space for the exchange between visitors, exhibitors and media for new ideas and connecting fields in the world of lighting. It is a stand inside the International Lighting Fair in Mexico "Expo Lighting America" that receives the different instances to be able to have interviews, work meetings or simply sit down to browse some magazines.
The architectural opening is a reference of physical lighting applicable to space, controlling the entry of light into a place. In this proposal the design of XYZ modules of 40x40x40cm with openings in variable positions was applied, thus allowing the incident light to enter the space randomly. These modules create in exhibition and storage spaces of the magazines / books that are offered at the fair as well as forming a random play of light and shadow due to the circumstances created by light and space.
